Employee Benefits Management

Suess Insurance

Suess Insurance has spent years helping businesses navigate employee benefits with confidence, but their website wasn't telling the same story. A single-page site offered little opportunity to showcase their expertise, establish credibility, or give prospective clients a reason to take the next step.

To better reflect the business behind the brand, RivalMind developed a strategic website and refreshed visual identity that finally matched the caliber of service Suess Insurance delivers every day.

Our Approach

Covered from the start

Every successful project starts with understanding what's already there. For Suess Insurance, that meant uncovering the personality behind the business before making a single design decision. Through discovery, it became clear that the team gravitated toward a bold, cinematic aesthetic, giving the project a creative direction that felt authentic from the outset.

With that direction established, RivalMind developed a complete website experience that organized information

more intentionally and gave visitors a clearer path to explore the company's services. Messaging, curated imagery, and modern design choices reinforce one another, giving the website a polished look with an approachable feel.

Every design choice supported the same objective: presenting Suess Insurance in a way that feels every bit as established as the business itself.

The payoff

With a clear brand identity and a purpose-built website, Suess Insurance now has a digital presence that better represents the caliber of service they provide. What was once a limited online experience has become a resource that gives prospective clients a stronger understanding of the company and what sets it apart.

The expanded site architecture also lays the groundwork for long-term search visibility, making it easier for the business to grow its online reach while providing visitors with a more intuitive experience. Instead of simply having a place to be online, Suess Insurance now has a website that supports the business today while leaving room for what's next.

Signed, Sealed, Suess

The Suess Insurance logo received a subtle refresh that honored the brand's existing identity while giving it a cleaner, more contemporary feel. The recognizable "Suess" wordmark remained intact, while the surrounding elements were updated to align with the brand's new visual direction.

A streamlined horizontal layout replaced the previous stacked configuration, making the logo easier to use across digital and print applications. Updated typography and a refreshed color palette complete the identity, giving the mark a balanced, versatile look that's built for the long haul.

Reading the fine print

Typography shapes the way visitors experience a website, often without them even realizing it. For Suess Insurance, the combination of Epilogue for headlines and Work Sans for body copy strikes a balance between modern and approachable, making information easy to scan without sacrificing personality.

Clean, legible letterforms guide visitors through each page with ease, making even content-rich pages feel effortless to navigate. Thoughtful hierarchy and spacing give every section room to breathe, creating an experience that's comfortable to explore and easy to follow.

A warm welcome

A refreshed color palette introduced a softer, more inviting feel while preserving the clean, modern aesthetic at the heart of the Suess Insurance brand. Warm yellow accents paired with subtle off-white tones bring energy and optimism to the website without overwhelming the overall experience.

The restrained palette gives each page a sense of balance, allowing imagery, messaging, and key moments to stand out naturally. Every color works together to create a brand experience that feels approachable, polished, and distinctly Suess.
