Noelle studied Marketing in college with a curiosity for how ideas take shape, grow traction, and make people feel something. She wasn’t set on a particular industry at the time, but a professor encouraged her to explore agency work, and that sparked something. She started researching, found RivalMind, and eventually joined the Content Team not long after graduation.


It was her first professional role out of school, and like many new graduates, she didn’t know exactly what to expect. But early on, it became clear this wasn’t just a marketing title. It was the kind of work she had hoped for. Strategic, collaborative, and creative. She quickly found herself drawn to the behind-the-scenes process of building content that felt aligned, intentional, and clear.



Since joining the team, Noelle has contributed to content strategies across a range of industries, worked closely with both internal teammates and clients, and grown into a role where she brings calm focus to every project. For her, the most rewarding part of the job isn’t just what gets published. It is being part of the process, watching ideas take shape, supporting collaboration, and helping content become something that actually connects.
