Author's Work.

As Marketing Director and a member of RivalMind’s executive leadership team, Jessica leads the company’s internal marketing efforts and helps shape its brand voice across channels. Her work appears across RivalMind’s social media, website, podcasts, and all client-facing communications. She also serves as Director of the Content Marketing Department, where she collaborates closely with her team to lead client-facing initiatives, including SEO content marketing, social media strategy, and email marketing. Across both internal and client work, her focus remains steady, ensuring each message is thoughtful, aligned, and designed to create meaningful impact.

Author's Process.

Jessica’s process begins with observation. She assesses all available information, looks for what’s missing, and gathers more when needed. Clarity comes first. Once the full picture is in view, she shifts from reflection to action. She communicates the path ahead with her team, invites dialogue, and creates space for feedback and collaboration. Flexibility is essential, so she stays open to shifts in direction and adjusts as the work evolves. With alignment in place, she moves forward to produce the deliverable, communicate the outcome, and bring the process to a close with focus and follow-through. It’s thoughtful, fluid, and rooted in the belief that good leadership is not just about direction, but about shared understanding.

Author's Full Story.

Jessica wasn’t new to website development and management. Before joining RivalMind, she had spent years in the web development world, building a strong foundation in digital project management and team leadership. What stood out is her ability to connect the technical with the human, pairing systems thinking with empathy and intention.

RivalMind recognized the value of that combination and took interest in both her management approach and her experience leading digital projects. In 2021, she joined the team as a Project Manager within the Web Design and Development Department. It didn’t take long for her role to grow. With a steady curiosity and a clear sense of direction, she expanded into internal marketing leadership and eventually stepped into her current role as both Marketing Director and Director of the Content Marketing Department.

Today, Jessica brings that same blend of structure and reflection into every part of her work. She guides strategy, supports her team, and helps both brands and people grow with purpose.
