Fraud Alert

We have been made aware of a scam in which individuals are falsely claiming to represent our company as part of a fraudulent “recruitment” process. These scammers are using our company name and brand without permission to lure individuals into a fake training portal, where they are ultimately defrauded of money.

Please note:

• We are not hiring through third-party platforms or messaging apps, including WhatsApp.
• We are not using any recruiters or recruiting firms; we have never used a recruiter or an agency for hiring.
• We do not hire remote workers for any reason; we only hire in-office employees; and only have one office in St. Charles, IL USA.
• We do not have any international offices or international employees. We don't conduct any business outside the USA.
  
• We do not charge any fees or require payments from applicants at any stage of the hiring process.
• We do not operate an online training portal or an online portal for employees in any respect.
  
• All legitimate job opportunities and communications from our company come from our verified website and email addresses.
• Any employment-related communications come from our own staff with email addresses @rivalmind.com.

If you have been contacted by someone claiming to represent our company and it seems suspicious:

• Do not provide any personal or financial information.
  
• Do not click on unfamiliar links or log into unknown portals.
  
• Report the incident to ReportFraud.ftc.gov or www.ic3.gov if you are in the U.S.

We are actively working with authorities and online platforms to report and remove these fraudulent schemes. Your safety and trust matter to us.
